The Louvre Museum

This morning's adventure consisted of fighting the crowd's at the Louvre museum to see the famous "MONA LISA" by Leonardo DaVinci. We couldn't take any pictures, and security was very strict, almost like they were gaurding the President! It was pretty cool to see in person though and think how famous this little painting was. We also saw other famous statues like "Venus De Milo" and "Winged Victory." Anyway, the museum was awesome and we enjoyed all the history that was inside of it.

I spent 6 hours in the Louvre when I visited Paris last spring (it was my favorite thing about the city). Security in the room with the Mona Lisa was very strict, like you said. One girl was trying to take a picture with her cell phone and she actually argued with the security guard! I love viewing your blog to see what you and Tyson are doing. By the way, this is Megan Zurcher. I hope you don't mind that I put a link to your blog on my blog.
