North Holland

Wooden shoes, windmills, cheese, dikes, canals, and tulips are just a few of the trademarks of Holland. We spent an afternoon in North Holland watching demonstrations on how wooden shoes are made, how cheese is made, and also what Windmills were used for. We also got to dress up in authentic Dutch costumes to pose for a picture together. We look just as Dutch as real Nederlanders because of our blonde hair and blue eyes! It was a fun afternoon. The day ended perfectly with a trip to a Lake to go Canoeing. It was beautiful! We are so lucky to be back in Tyson's mission.
