For our anniversary, I gave Tyson a package to go kayaking, paddle boarding, or canoeing on Lady Bird lake in downtown Austin! We got a babysitter and had to take a detour because my tire was flat- of course that happens when I am supposed to leave! So after the neighbor changed it for me, I drive to the tire shop where Tyson rescued me! By this point traffic was rush hour and it took us 45 minutes to get down to the lake when normally it would take 15. Our precious date night wasn't how we had planned but we FINALLY made it down to the dock and decided to do a kayak together!
We had such a great time- talking about life, our goals, and our kids! I love my sweet hubby more and more each day! I am so thankful for him and our friendship and our wonderful marriage! We always reflect on our dating years- and how it truly was meant for us to be together.
