It's so funny to me how much Alissa LOVES Hello Kitty when we haven't even seen a show or something that introduced her to it! It must be the pink and friendly kitty face that makes her love it! Her cake request was a Hello Kitty cake and I was a bit scared when I started but it actually turned out so well! I spent pretty much all morning making it while she was at preschool! Hannah was my helper and Lydia helped out by napping:).
Alissa came home and was so excited and amazed- it made all the time and annoyance well worth it! Hannah and I got really messy and had purple hands after making the fondant:). It was a blast and a success! Now we have to wait to eat it till Daddy gets home for the family birthday party and presents!
