Tuesday and Thursday's are when Alissa goes to school. So when Naptime comes for Lydia, I treasure the hour that I get to spend with just Hannah. I feel it is so important to give each of my children some special one on one time each day, but it doesn't always happen.
We usually play school and work on her preschool work book! She loves doing it and today was especially fun to watch her learn and recognize more and more letters. She likes to practice writing her name too! After school time, she and I sit on the couch so I can read my scriptures peacefully. She pulls out hers as well and scribbles red scripture markings in them just like I do, even though she can't read them yet! She is always patient to let me do this! Then we run upstairs and play her FAVORITE thing- BABY. She lives being a Mommy or playing the part of a baby. I was the same way when I was little. She is going to be a wonderful mother someday because of her gentle spirit and love of caring for her baby fills! Thanks Hannah for my time with you each day! I treasure these precious minutes with you!
