My Sweet Baby Hannah, born a year ago today! How hard to believe how small you entered this world! When you came home from the hospital, you could fit head to toe from my hand to my elbow, at 4 pounds 7 ounces. But now, over the past year, you have made remarkable strides to make up for your small size. Today you weigh in at 17 pounds, 14 ounces (10%) and are 29 inches long (50%.) We are so proud of you. You are such a JOY to our family and we look forward to another year of love, discovery, learning, and excitement with you! 
At 12 months, you only eat people food and you LOVE it more than anything. You say Mama, dad, dog, bath, please, hi, bye and can make the cow, cat, dog, and lion animal sounds. You very reverently fold your arms for every prayer! You point to your nose when we ask you. You wave bye bye and smile the biggest grin to your Daddy when you see him leave for school! You like to drop things just to see us pick them up! You blow big kisses and make cheesy grins for the camera where you squint your eyes tight and show your teeth! You can stand and balance on your own and have mastered the walking with a one hand assitance, but you are still content to crawl fast! Your best friend is your big sister! No one can make you giggle as well as she can! You get so excited to see her in the morning and after naps. You love to dance with Mommy and Alissa. You love music and wave your little arms whenever music plays. You bob back and forth to the beat of the music. You are independent for the most part, but mostly content to be only held my your Mommy! Playgrounds and being outside are your favorite activity. You go down the slide by yourself and giggle the whole way down! You crawl to the top of the playground all by yourself just to do it again! Hannah, you amaze us every day and we want you to know how much we love you! Happy Birthday Sweet Girl!
