It was so much fun to have Nana here to visit us for two weeks! She helped out so much and made my life easier...I got a little more sleep, had to cook less, changed fewer diapers, and she took Tyson to the bus every morning for me :) We also enjoyed many shopping trips to various stores where Mom would say "It is so nice to be able to read the labels in English!" I think we went to Wal-Mart like 5 times while she was here. We also watched many chick flicks together and just enjoyed hanging out! Nana said that Hannah grew so much while she was here and it is true. The pictures of her at her blessing in comparison to the pictures on this post look so different! I am so grateful she came and I missing her already! Alissa keeps asking "Where did Nana go?" She also cried for 20 minutes after we dropped her off at the airport! We miss you! Have a safe trip back to Germany!
Here are my two cuties! I just love these two!
Nana brought back a real German dress and doll from Germany for Alissa. Alissa loves it and carries her everywhere, and puts her in her doll car seat and sits her next to her in the car. The baby doll's name is a German name, Lucia. Alissa pronounces it "Shoocia" and it is adorable to hear her say it!
This is a random photo op of Alissa holding Hannah. I just love Alissa's smile. We are still trying to capture Hannah's smile on camera, but she doesn't ever show it when the camera is out...she suprises us with a big grin when we least expect it! Maybe someday I will capture her cute grin on camera!

Wow! Hannah has grown! She is filling out nicely and doesn't look as tiny next to Alissa as she used to. So glad you could spend time with your mom. I'm sure it is hard having her soooo far away. Cute pictures.
Yeah for good times with your Mom...so glad y'all had a blast and I can't believe how much Hannah has grown...I have missed out on so much. :) Gotta see y'all soon!
I can't believe how big Hannah is! I can totally relate on missing your mom too- I always feel abandoned when I finally am alone with my new babies!
You have two beautiful little girls! That's for sure! I'm so glad your mom got to come and see you! It sounds like you had a lot of fun together! I can't wait for my mom to get here. It's so fun to see what you're up to!
