This past week, at Hannah's three week mark, Hannah tipped the scale at 5 pounds 7 ounces! Our pediatrician was THRILLED that she gained 9 ounces in a week, making her now a pound more than she was when we brought her home from the hospital!!! It is hard to believe how little she was and still is even though she doesn't seem that small to us. But she is finally growing out of a few of her PREEMIE outfits...and we may even be able to move up to newborn size diapers soon- instead of preemie size!

She is such an alert baby, looking toward her sister's loudness, and also lifting her head often to look around and shift positions! The most fun thing that we notice her doing many times in the day, is belly laughing in her sleep. She smiles all the time in her sleep, but every once in a while, we hear her just full on laughing. She is so much fun to have around and her big sis still LOVES her and asks to "hold baby Hannah" all the time.
Alissa holds her hand when I change her diaper, always makes sure we know if Hannah is crying, and every time she sees Hannah, Alissa gives her a kiss on the top of the head ( or on the nose if we don't catch her in time.) Alissa loves to get her diaper for me and also HAS to be the one to put powder on Hannah's bum every time we change her diaper...if not, Alissa gets very mad! Alissa also has to help me put on Hannah's bows...and sometimes she gets carried away and wants to put on more than one!

I am so excited that she is getting bigger and healthy and growing!!! You girls are SO cute. I just knew Alissa would fill the roll of big sister so fully. You have a good babysitter in the making! Take care and dream of sleep...
I think she looks a lot like Tyson in this round of pics...and I love how helpful Alissa is...what a great big sis...glad that Hannah is growing!
OH, you must try to get a video of her belly laughing! I can't imagine a newborn doing that.
She is getting bigger! But still is as little and cute as ever!
