It is SPRING BREAK!!! Tyson is home a little more and we are enjoying just a bit of free time he has between studying! Our latest adventure was going to Zilker Park in downtown Austin and going Canoeing! Alissa, Tyson, and I spent about an hour canoeing on Townlake which is right next to downtown. It was fun to see the turtles, fish, and birds that were all around us! Alissa loved it and sat so patiently the whole time in her life jacket. She did fall and hit her eye on the corner of the canoe and now has a lovely little black eye!
You will see it in future pictures! After canoeing, we went to a water fountain park and Alissa went nuts! We ate a picnic dinner with some friends and laughed our heads off as Alissa went running in and out of the water, getting splashed in the face, and loving every second of it! We literally had to peel her away from the park to go home to bed! It was one of the best Family Home Evenings spent together!

What a fun time! You guys are alwasy out doing fun stuff! Are you doing scrapbooking on your computer?
I love Zilker Park---That is the park I was tellin you about when you first moved down there. When I went, though, the water fountain part wasn't there. I was there in high school. Looks like a blast.
She's so cute! I'll bet you enjoyed having Tyson around a little bit more.
