Tyson's parents came into town for a weekend visit! Alissa had a blast with her Gramma and Grampa, playing with her, taking her for walks, talking to her, walking in Grandpa's shoes, sliding down the slide, swinging on the swings, jumping on the air mattress, and many more fun activities. It was such a fun weekend to have them come. We went to Zilker Botanical Gardens and enjoyed the beautiful 70 degree weather that came with being outside. We also ate yummy food at Pappacitos, Rudy's BBQ, and Chuy's Tex Mex. Saturday evening we boarded a pontoon boat and rode down LadyBird Lake in downtown Austin. We watched as the bats came out at sunset. We were sad to see them leave, Alissa especially, but we look forward to many more visits while we live here in Austin! Thanks for coming to visit Gramma and Grampa!

How fun! I can't believe how big Alissa is getting, she is SO cute!
Visits from Grandma and Grandpa are the best! Ours are backward from yours though--Grandma and Grandpa are coming to Utah from Texas!
Uh, I don't think she likes the swing too much. :)
P.S. There are flights from Austin to SF for $79 ROUNDTRIP on JetBlue! Wanna add to your travel log EVEN MORE and come see us? :)
Tyson totally looks like his dad in the pic where he is giving Alissa kisses! Cute!
so fun! we wish we were coming to visit :( but we might be moving closer in just 3 more months! (cross your fingers) our address is 1150 N El Dorado Pl #8267 Tucson, AZ 85715. Thanks so much! give lissy a hug from us!
We are planning on coming on the the 4th when Jenny is there. the kids soccer games are at 8 so we would leave after that and spend the day there and drive back that night. Let us know if that is ok.
I can't believe those curls in her hair! Looks like so much fun, every time I see the Austin temp on the news I think of you guys...
