We spent this week in Strasbourg France where Tyson accompanied his Member of Parliament to attend sessions of Parliament that are held once a month in this city. I was also able to attend meetings with Tyson and hang out with him during his work. It was fun to get an insider's perspective of the European Parliament, however, most of the politics went way over my head! We enjoyed the beautiful city at night time together and learned that this is the city/area where Gutenburg invented the printing press. Much of the Smith side come from this area of Alsace in France and Germany, but we didn't have the time to do any geneology. It was a true French experience to visit this little city of Strasbourg.
